New Year’s Message

Hello readers of this blog:

This is going to be the last post of 2017, and I just wanted to wish you all a Happy New Year 2018.

There are going to be some changes to Jack Fawsitt Photography in the New Year, but I will be announcing these changes in a future post to this blog.

The all new Photos tab

This is a quick announcement to let you know that the new Photos tab is now live.

Essentially what I have done is moved all of the pages from Articles and placed them into the Photos tab.

In regards to the Articles tab, I will now release new articles in addition to my photo blogs. The first one is about a recent trip to a fast food restaurant in the US called Wendy's, and can be found here.

I'm creating some new articles soon

You may have noticed that there has been little activity in the Articles section of the blog. Well this will be changing in the near future since I will be adding new articles soon, such as South Beach in November 2017, amongst others.

UPDATE: I have also edited the favicon of the blog.

I've changed the layout again

As of November 11, 2017; I have redesigned the blog again with a new look that is optimised for mobile devices and tablets. I have also altered my Instagram again by deleting bad posts and uploading new posts to replace them.

I'm changing my Instagram

Hello everyone, sorry I haven't posted anything on my blog since Hurricane Irma came through.

It has been over 2 weeks since Hurricane Irma hit Florida, and apart from some tree damage, everything is back to normal now, that is until the next hurricane comes.

Anyway, as you can probably see by the title, I'm changing my Instagram around a bit. You may notice soon that some of the photos on IG: jackfawsittphotography have been removed. This is not Instagram's fault. I was the person that removed the photos due to them not matching the style of my Instagram.

I am also cancelling the meme page at IG: jackfawsittmemes. The account is now known as IG: jackfsflo, and will contain pictures of my time in Florida.

Sorry for any inconvenience with this post, I just wanted to update you's about what I'm doing to my Instagram accounts.

I now have a Hurricane Irma page

This is a quick update to let you know that I now have a page on this blog to keep track of Hurricane Irma as it approaches Florida.

EDIT: As a result, I will no longer be posting about Hurricane Irma on the blog section, only on the Hurricane Irma page.

Hurricane Irma update

This is a quick update to let you know about Hurricane Irma since in my last blog post I mentioned that this hurrricane may be headed towards the general direction of Florida and especially Miami.

As of 6 September 2017 at 11:00 EDT, the track of Hurricane Irma is headed either head on for Miami or tracking up alongside the coast of Miami and possibly hitting Freeport in The Bahamas. The intensity and severity of the storm for Miami will depend on what track it takes, but worst case scenario: Miami could receive rain of 25cm (10 inches) and peak winds of 300 km/h (185 mph). 

Therefore if I am not active on Jack Fawsitt Photography for a few days, this is why.

I am reaching out to the people affected by both this storm as well as Hurricane Harvey that hit Texas a couple of weeks ago. I hope for the very best that Irma does not impact Miami harshly, but if it does, I am fully prepared for the circumstances that may arise from Irma.
